SummaryEpigenetic factors seem to influence manifestation and course of multiple sclerosis. This study will investigate the impact of lifestyle factors (physical activity, dietary patterns) as well as environmental factors as early trauma or toxic and infectious factors on manifestation and course of MS. In addition the impact of pregnancies on the disease course will be investigated.
