SummaryWe plan to add measurements of plasma proteomics using proximity extension assay and mass spectrometry to the multi-omics application (NAKO-886) to enrich the proof-of-concept study with more than 5,000 plasma proteins. The proteomics will be measured in 1,000 older participants aged 50+ years from NAKO-886 to expand the molecular phenotyping for multi-omics analyses, especially for aging-related research questions.
