This enveloped virus primarily spreads through the respiratory tract and causes various symptoms, with severe cases more common in the elderly and those with underlying health conditions. Normal immune response needs a lot of energy that can be generated only through metabolism. Therefore, there is a need to determine the immune response after vaccination and infection in healthy as well those individuals with underlying conditions and abnormal metabolic functions. Therefore, details analyses of the data are needed to measure COVID-19 vaccines efficacy and association of the underlying conditions as well as those involved in body metabolism.
