SummaryHelmholtz Munich is coordinating the genotyping effort aiming to genotype all NAKO individuals at three sites (Munich, Bonn, Kiel). In close collaboration between these sites and Leipzig (bioinformatic QC), we will generate a high quality data set that will be available for all NAKO investigators to answer all research questions involving common genetic variation.
