SummaryThis project will investigate changes in the proteomic signature and changes in different health parameters before and after an infection with SARS-CoV-2 in a subsample of participants from the Augsburg study center. We will further assess which protein markers mediate the changes in health parameters due to an infection with SARS-CoV-2. The proteomics data that will be used for this project has already been measured and quality controlled within NAKO-798. This project covers the consolidating analysis of NAKO-798.
